electrolessnickel Plating

ELECTROLESS NICKEL PLATING (EN):

Electroless nickel plating is an autocatalytic non-electroplated process that produces an extremely uniform deposit on all surfaces exposed to the plating solution. This produces a very uniform deposit coating on all surfaces of very complex geometric parts. EN offers excellent wear, hardness and corrosion protection in three unique bath chemistries (low, medium and high phosphorus). It is an excellent coating that can in certain cases be used as an alternative to hard chrome plating. HCS is capable of baking parts after plating to increase hardness and provide hydrogen embrittlement relief. Electroless nickel can be plated on a wide range of different base materials.
